Intel Core I5 7500 Vs Ryzen 5 3600

Hi i am thinking about building a new server but i am having difficulties to decide between intel core i5 10400 and ryzen r5 3600.

Intel core i5 7500 vs ryzen 5 3600. Intel core i5 10400 vs ryzen 3600 in new server. Here it was 11 faster than the core i5 10400 and 20 faster when comparing the intel. I would not recommend the ryzen 3rd gen chips. The 3600 is in competition with intel s 6 core i5 9600k.

My use cases are mostly. 64 bit allows more than 4gb giving increased performance. Plex max 3 transcodes. Getting media for my plexserver.
